How do I create an account?
Download the app (iOS or Android) or use the website, then enter your name and email. We'll send a one-time code to complete registration.
I didn't receive a verification code. What should I do?
Check your spam folder, wait a couple of minutes, and request a new code. Make sure the email address is correct.
How do I place a listing?
Go to My listings and select Add listing. Add photos, a title, a clear description, and your price.
How do offers work?
Tap Make an offer on a listing. Sellers can accept, decline, or counter in the chat.
Can I edit or remove my listing?
Yes. Open My listings, choose the item, and edit, pause, mark as sold, or delete it.
How do I report a listing or user?
Use the report option on the listing, or email support with the listing link and details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your account and choose Delete account. We'll guide you through the confirmation steps.
